Responsibilities :
- Provide quality customer service to achieve 100% customer satisfaction
- Build trust with employees and foster a culture of teamwork
- Manage daily tasks such as scheduling, ordering, and maintaining a clean, fun business environment while meeting sales goals
Requirements :
- Availability to work a 40-hour week, including weekends and varied shifts
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stress environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Willingness to provide feedback and contribute to store improvements
- Minimum of 2 years of food service experience in a leadership role
