ACERTUS is an automotive logistics company that offers portfolio of services that span across the vehicle lifecycle. As a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will serve as a liaison to the company's clients to record, enter, deposit, and reconcile all payments into the company's operating account.
Schedule : Monday thru Friday 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
Pay : Based on Experience
What will you be doing?
- Collection of past due accounts.
- Create and process required reports.
- Research billing issues and make corrections to invoices as needed.
- Communicate with the team through meetings, emails, and phone calls.
- Assist with transactions that require accounting authorization.
- Personal responsibility to manage change.
- All other duties as assigned by management
What we require :
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related work experience.
- Must have at least three years of experience with accounts receivable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products - specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with account systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of general ledger and accounting functions.
- Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Ability to analyze spreadsheets and reports.
