IT Project Manager

OverviewPosition Overview : Weareseekingto hireanITProjectManagerto joinour team and lead the successfuldelivery of our IT projects.

As anITProject Manager,you will collaborate with cross-functional teamsandplay acrucialrole inleading small,medium, andlarge-scaleinitiatives, coordinatingproject activities, ensuring the successful completion of various projects.

Your role will involve defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, as well as managing resources, timelines, and risks.

Additionally, you willbe responsible forcommunicating project progress, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

About Center of Excellence : Centers of Excellence (COE) are teams whose primary goal is to provideexpertisein a specific field.

COEs will usually provide support through training, research, and skilled leaders. In the case ofHealthEdge, our Centers of Excellence incorporate the Human Resources, IT, Legal and Financial fields, all of which provide support to our Product divisions andallowsthe enterprise to move forward and achieve its goals.

Your impact : Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget, and ensure adherence to themthroughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to defineproject goals, resource requirements, and deliverables.Monitor project progressand provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring effective communicationand alignment of expectations.

Identifyand mitigate project risks, and proactivelyaddressissues that may arise.Facilitate project meetings, ensuringthat actions are documented and followed-up on.

Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior leadership, and other relevant parties.Drive continuous improvement initiatives tooptimizeproject management processes and practices.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.What you will do : Bachelor’s degree inComputerScience,InformationTechnology,or related field.

Project Management Professional (PMP)certification5 or moreyears’ experiencewithLeanAgileFrameworks andSAFeAgileStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Proven experienceas an IT Project Manager, leading and successfully deliveringprojects on time and within budget.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

Working knowledge of software such as Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Office ToolsAbility to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Ability to independentlyproblem solveand reach resolutions to issuesand the ability to remain calm under pressure.Geographic Responsibility : While this role is based out of our office in Burlington, MA, you may live anywhere in the U.
