Kyverna is recruiting an Associate Director of Patient Advocacy in its Partnerships & Alliances organization to help advance its mission to free patients from the siege of autoimmune disease.

Responsibilities
- Develop a global patient advocacy strategy and work across internal teams to implement effective local partnerships with patient advocacy organizations.
- Collaborates closely with Kyverna Patient Engagement and Communications to ensure appropriate information exchange.
- Link appropriate patient groups with information and resources needed to support patients and their caregivers.
- Supports patient identification and engagement to develop patient insights.
- Supports advancement of Regulatory, Medical, and Market Access initiatives.
- Ensures compliance requirements are well understood and adhered to.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of patient advocacy experience, of which at least two years were at established biopharmaceutical or medical device company
- Understands and adheres to compliant patient engagement requirements
- Established connections within the Neurology and Rheumatology advocacy community is desirable. Experience in rare disease is also desirable.
- Has an ability to initiate, establish, and maintain partnerships with patient organizations.
- Effective oral presentation and written communication skills are necessary
- Demonstrated capacity to think creatively when addressing complex situations
- Ability to communicate effectively with Regulatory, Market Access / HEOR, Clinical Operations, Research, and other internal functions
- Self-starter, works effectively in teams
