Job Description

We’re looking for a Learning Programs Coordinator to join Procore’s Product and Tech (P&T) Enablement organization. In this role, you’ll develop a competency-based hiring program for the P&T organization, and assist with planning, scheduling and delivering learning programs.

As a Learning Programs Coordinator, you’ll partner with engineers, designers and product managers to develop a world-class hiring process based upon the competencies / skills outlined in the skills frameworks.

You will also work with out internal instructors to build out technical learning programs.

This position reports into the Director of Capability Development and will be based in our Austin office We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do :

Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and delivery of learning programs.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of learning programs.

Capture and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvements.

Maintain accurate records of learning program content, materials, participant feedback and skills improvements.

Assist in the development and implementation of competency-based recruiting and interviewing strategies for technical roles.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the technical competencies required for each role.

Develop and maintain a database of competency-based interviewing techniques.

Train recruiters and hiring managers on competency-based interviewing techniques.

What we’re looking for :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field with at least 3-5 years of experience

Proven experience in coordinating learning programs, preferably within the tech industry.

Knowledge of competency-based recruiting and interviewing methods.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $112,320 - $154,440. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role.

Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
