TriTech Enterprise Systems, Inc. (TriTech) is seeking an Integration Business Analyst. This hybrid position is 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday :

Three (3) days remote at a suitable off-site location selected by the Offeror / Offeror Resource(s). The AOC reserves the right to determine an off-site location is not suitable (e.
g., crowded public space with distracting background noise during meetings).
Two (2) days on site at the Maryland Judiciary Information Systems, Annapolis, MD 21401.
Preferred Qualifications :
The AOC prefers Offeror proposed resource(s) to have the following qualifications :
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & CAPABILITIES
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Master’s degree in information systems
- Experience with court or a legal background
- Ten (10) years’ experience in Information Technology (IT)
- UML and other tools used to capture and document user and functional requirements
- NIEM / JIEM data modeling
- Requirements capture and tracking software
- XML and SOAP protocol software
- Discussing, analyzing and documenting high-level business requirements related to internal and external clients
- Integration patterns, web services and APIs
- Odyssey Case Management System
- Communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, end users, vendor development staff, and all levels of management and judicial personnel as necessary
- Work effectively within a diverse IT organization
- Provide training and demonstrations pertaining to integrations software
- Systems development life cycle principles and methodologies
- Database knowledge logical, relational
