Client Overview :
Our client is a reputable organization located in Dallas, TX is in need of a Staff Accountant to join their team!
Salary / Hourly Rate :
$28 / hr $34 / hr Depending on experience
Position Overview :
The Staff Accountant will work closely with both the Controller and Director of Finance to handle the daily operations at a regional level.
The Staff Accountant will be responsible for managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant :
- Process journal entries in their general ledger.
- Reconcile all outstanding bank transactions.
- Assist in the month and year-end closes.
- Some financial reporting.
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant :
- Proficiency in Excel pivot tables & vlookups.
- Prior exposure to NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or a larger ERP system.
- High attention to detail.
- The Staff Accountant will have the ability to work in a team setting.
Education Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred.
