Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Regional Property Manager for a 12-property, multi-family management company in the greater Sacramento area.

Your main office is in Roseville, but you will oversee 12 properties in the surrounding Sacramento area.

As the Regional Property Manager , you will work closely with executive management, performing financial analysis and overseeing physical property management to maximize return on investment (ROI).

This dynamic role demands a combination of interpersonal, financial, legal, and marketing skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Use your management and supervisory skills to train, lead, direct, evaluate, and mentor Property Managers and their subordinates.

This will include assisting Property Managers with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training new staff and assisting them with performance evaluations of their staff ensuring adherence to company values and business practices.

  • Performs budget preparation, the setting of rent levels, managing expenses, and ways to optimize the financial performance of the property
  • Ensures elevated levels of resident and vendor relationships and satisfaction.
  • Ensures all property activities are in line with local, state, and federal laws, including fair housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
  • Monitors and ensures that each property's advertising channels are cost-effective at attracting potential residents.
  • Ensures all properties are well-maintained, including monitoring and overseeing timely repairs.
  • Prepares executive-level reports monthly using PowerPoint.
  • Provides written and oral communication on emerging market and technology trends and opportunities to senior management as well as to property managers.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 5-7+ years of multi-family property management experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or economics, real estate, property management, marketing, or related field required.
  • Certified Property Manager CPM credentials preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of proven supervisory experience required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in property management software applications (e.g., Appfolio,Yardi)

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS :

This exciting career opportunity allows you to work with a brilliant and thriving team! The salary range for this role is between $110,000-$135,000yr DOE.
