Call Center Representative
Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Pay Rate : $16-19 / hr., Depending on Experience
Location : Denver, CO 80207
Experience : Minimum 6 months of customer-facing experience.

Call Center Representative Responsibilities :
- Answering inbound calls from clients / customers in a professional manner.
- Product and / orservice knowledge.
- Ability to patiently and politely resolve customer concerns and complaints.
- Conducting follow-up calls with customers when necessary.
- Route calls to the appropriate resource.
Call Center Representative Requirements :
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong computer skills including data entry / typing.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and / or drug test.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbal and written.
