Assisting with Machine Setup : Helping the machine operator in setting up machinery before production begins, which may involve loading materials, adjusting settings, and ensuring all necessary tools and materials are ready.
Material Handling : Transporting materials and components to and from the production area, ensuring they are correctly positioned for processing by the machine.
Machine Operation Assistance : Supporting the machine operator during the production process by feeding materials into machines, monitoring output, and making adjustments as instructed.
Quality Control Support : Assisting in quality checks and inspections by gathering samples, measuring dimensions, and visually inspecting products to ensure they meet specifications.
Cleaning and Maintenance : Performing routine cleaning of machinery and work areas, as well as assisting in basic maintenance tasks under supervision, such as lubrication or minor repairs.
Safety Compliance : Following safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting any safety hazards.
