General Responsibilities

• Work with QA Specialist and QA Manager to fulfill tasks in Novus Issue Management software.
• Assist with follow-up to ensure completion of corrective / preventive actions (CAPA) and verification of effectiveness.
• Coordinate QA invoices through coding and submitting in Readsoft.
• Monitor and coordinate the Global QA SOPs and proactively manage review dates.
• Coordinate, manage, and exhibit ownership of the Global Document Control Center including working with various functions to maintain accuracy and review status as per current SOP.
• Collaborate with QA Specialist and QA Manager to analyze QA information for monthly Management Review meetings and support authoring of regional monthly report.
• Collaborate with QA Specialist and QA Manager to provide logistics and customer service with documentation requests under the authority of the QA Manager.
• Collaborate with QA Specialist and QA Manager to provide development of Quality training material and deployment and tracking of training across Novus employees under the authority of the QA Manager.
• Organize, manage, and archive Novus Quality Management System documentation in a timely manner.
• Coordinate the scheduling of Global QA meetings through Outlook as necessary.
• Attend Americas and Global QA meetings with accountability for maintaining meeting notes, recording action items, and working with QA team members on specific tasks.
• Adhere to the Novus Integrity System (NIS) all Novus Policies and Procedures.

Knowledge / Skills / Experience

• Post secondary degree is required. 2+ years' experience in Quality Assurance or other compliance functional role.
• Prior experience in FAMI-QS, FSMA, Safe Food / Safe Feed, or other quality certification programs is preferred.
• Experience with Standard Operating Procedure processes including document control best practices.
• Experience in basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required. Additional experience in SAP, SharePoint and Salesforce is beneficial.

Other Essential Requirements

• Fluent in English, with experience in reading, writing, and reviewing written documents of a compliance nature.
• Ability to work independently and confidently in a professional global business environment.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
