Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with HR & Recruiting Teams : Partner with HR Business Partners and Recruiting staff on job evaluations, market pricing, and new job creation within Workday.
- Lead Compensation Projects : Serve as the technical project lead for our merit and bonus review processes, supporting HR in compensation program execution.
- Drive Data-Driven Decisions : Provide deep analysis of base and variable pay structures to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with our compensation strategies.
- Maintain Compensation Data Integrity : Keep compensation data accurate and up-to-date in Workday, ensuring smooth salary planning and market survey submissions.
- Develop & Implement Compensation Programs : Assist in the design and communication of compensation policies, participating in executive compensation reporting and program communication.
- Survey the Market : Play a pivotal role in salary survey submission processes to help position our company’s compensation strategies within industry benchmarks.
What We're Looking For :
- Experience : 2-4 years of compensation or related HR experience.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must, with bonus points for Workday knowledge and experience with salary databases like Radford or Mercer.
- Analytical Mindset : You have a knack for diving into data, analyzing compensation trends, and making thoughtful recommendations.
- Attention to Detail : You’re detail-oriented and can manage confidential data with integrity.
- Strong Communicator : Ability to articulate complex compensation strategies clearly and work collaboratively across teams.
- Certification : Working toward your Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation? That's a plus!
