• Competitive Pay : $19 - 21 / hr
• Shifts :
• 1st Shift : Monday to Thursday, 5AM - 3 : 30PM - $19 / hr
• 2nd Shift, Monday to Thursday, 3PM - 1 : 30AM - $21 / hr
• Overtime : Overtime on Fridays may be required

Your Role :

As a Production Worker, you will :

• Collaborate in teams of 2-3 to operate both automated and manual machinery.
• Rotate stations with your team to fill, cap, and box products.
• Ensure high-quality standards are met for all products.
• Print labels and assist with pot changes.
• Palletize boxed goods for shipment.

What We’re Looking For :

• Experience in a production / warehouse environment is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift or move items up to 50lbs.
• Capability to stand for 8-10 hours a day.
• Flexibility to rotate through different stations and adapt to various tasks.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well with a consistent group.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime on Fridays.
