Veteran Wanted for Electrical Maintenance Technician Position
- Modify, maintain, and install PLC programs, troubleshoot issues, and update documentation 1 .
- Install and reconfigure machinery layouts, ensuring compliance with building codes 5 .
- Perform tasks such as dismantling, moving, and repairing various equipment 6 .
- Use measuring devices to accurately position machines and equipment 6 .
- Interpret wiring diagrams and instructions for repair and installation work 3 .
- Analyze circuits and wiring for installation, repair, and maintenance of electronic systems 5 .
- Conduct maintenance on industrial equipment, including trucks and motorized machinery 6 .
- Install, repair, and maintain refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating systems 5 .
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and write work orders as needed 5 .
Requirements :
- High school diploma.
- Mechanical aptitude with hand tools and knowledge of PPE.
- Experience in heavy industrial / manufacturing settings, with proficiency in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Familiarity with specific PLC systems such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Rockwell.
- Minimum of 3 years of electrical experience in manufacturing or equivalent training.
