This key leader will not only supervise our current locations but also spearhead the launch of new stores nationwide.

Who we are :

At Portland Leather Goods, every employee will tell you their absolute favorite thing about working here is the PEOPLE. We care about the character and kindness of the people we hire, in addition to their specialized skills and experience.

  • Policy Adherence : Maintain Portland Leather Goods policies and brand expectations daily.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resource Management : Develop KPI’s and SOP’s. Act as a liaison between retail staff and business partners to obtain resources, remove obstacles, and drive retail improvement.
  • Performance Analysis : Analyze and predict sales trends, make informed decisions to facilitate growth.
  • In-Store Support : Support store teams through consistent in-store visits, minimum 3 days per week, requiring frequent regional and air travel (approximately 50-75%).

Why we want you (qualifications) :

  • High school diploma or higher.
  • 4 years of multi-store supervision in a retail environment.
