Key Responsibilities

• Physician Practice Management : Drive profitability targets, streamline operations, and ensure adherence to practice management policies.
• Leadership & Team Building : Lead and mentor a high-performing team, foster a culture of excellence, and collaborate with HR to attract and retain top talent.
• Strategic Planning & Business Development : Provide strategic leadership, represent the organization to external customers, and assist in business development initiatives.
• Thought Leadership & Development : Stay abreast of healthcare trends, maintain professional growth, and apply industry knowledge to drive operational success.

Requirements

• Education : Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree in health administration or related field preferred.
• Experience : Minimum of 10 years in senior-level management of physician practice operations, with experience overseeing 20+ physicians
• Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead multi-specialty physician group practices, develop and implement operating plans, and optimize practice organizations.
• Analytical Skills : Proficient in analyzing financial and quality data, with a history of overseeing practices generating $50M+ in revenue
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with physicians and staff.
• Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving abilities, with a creative and innovative mindset.
