Our client, a privately owned company with a presence in 9 states, is growing exponentially and needs to add staff to help with the demand.
They are looking for a personal lines account manager to handle middle-market accounts.
Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, maintaining client relationships and providing tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Assess client risks, recommend appropriate coverage, and mitigate gaps in protection.
- Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to negotiate terms, pricing, and policy changes.
- Process policy transactions accurately, stay updated on industry trends, and optimize workflows to enhance the client experience.
Requirements :
- Previous experience as a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager or similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of personal lines insurance products, coverages, and underwriting guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Proactive and customer-focused mindset, anticipating and meeting client needs with professionalism, responsiveness, and empathy.
This position is fully in-office. They provide a great work-life balance and compensation plan with a salary up to $55,000 for the right candidate.
