We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients.

Responsibilities :

  • Care for ill, injured, or convalescing residents
  • Provide basic resident care and treatment
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Educate and update residents on medical treatments

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in nursing- long term care of skilled care
  • Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
  • Ability to build rapport with residents and families
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer documentation for electronic medical records
  • Licensed with the State of Ohio Board of Nursing and license is current
