Project Management & Change Management Consultant
USIP seeks a Change Management and Project Management consultant (Consultant) to support USIP in three key areas : 1) the implementation of a new organizational procurement process;
2) the implementation of a new program for global Information Technology support; and 3) the project management of events-related initiatives.
The ideal offeror will have change management and project management experience, including at least one key personnel with a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
In addition, the ideal offeror will also have experience managing IT projects and experience effectively communicating organizational change in the federal government or non-profit industry.
USIP is accepting proposals from both organizations and individuals.
Selected contractor must be located in the DC area or travel to DC roughly once a week for an in-person meeting. Travel costs should be built into the firm fixed price pricing.
