LHH is seeking Document Review Attorneys who can go On-Site (client site in Manhattan). Candidates must be barred and in good standing in NYC.

Location : On-site

Pay : $34 / hour

Duration : 3 months max

NO Overtime

Contract Document Attorney Responsibilities :

Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting information for various engagement matters.

Support the execution of engagement workflows and manage administrative tasks.

Help with imaging, media processing, document tracking, and maintaining the chain of custody.

Provide technical support for engagement-related software and assist with troubleshooting issues.

Contribute to the preparation of reports based on business issues and analyzed facts.

Participate in reviewing contracts and other documents according to the guidelines provided

Engage in document reviews requiring legal expertise, including assessing relevance, issue coding, privilege evaluation, and redaction as needed for the engagement.

Assist with quality control checks for document reviews when necessary.

Qualifications :

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of engagement management and with clients.

Capability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.

Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.

Familiarity with litigation management software such as Concordance, Introspect, Relativity, and cloud platforms when required.

Juris Doctor degree and must be barred and in good standing in NYC
