Base salary : $70k - $80k + commission *Depending on experience*
Job Description : As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by prospecting and acquiring new clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
This role will require you to be highly motivated, proactive, and customer-focused, with the ability to effectively communicate the value of our products / services.
Responsibilities :
- Prospect and cold call potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives within assigned territory.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements :
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
