We are expanding! Meineke Car Care has multiple positions open for motivated, performance driven Service Advisors. We are a local, family owned and operated 2 locations.
Automotive background and experience not necessary but is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities / Duties
Inside Sales
- Answer phones & communicate with customers on scheduling appointments and reviewing progress.
- Welcome customers & check them in for service, gather information, explain the inspection process, and review pricing.
- Educate customers on inspection results for their vehicles, communicate the benefits and value of any needed work
- Proactively communicate with customers throughout their visits to the center. Keep them informed, manage issues as they arise
- Work with parts vendors on ordering, checking in and following up on parts orders.
- Complete the customer experience review work performed, seek feedback, and schedule follow-ups, etc.
Qualifications / Skills
- Excellent people and phone skills
- Proactive self-starter
- Ability to multi-task
- Interest in automotive industry very helpful
Compensation : $ - $ per week
We're a locally owned and operated business with 2 full service automotive care centers. We're located in Mid-City New Orleans and right off the Causeway bridge in Metairie.
