What You Will Be Doing

The Manufacturing Support Team Member is responsible for supporting various production and business processes in a dynamic, team-based environment.

This role involves working across key areas like production planning, quality management, material control, and process improvement.

The candidate will facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training to peers, and collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve issues and enhance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production planning, scheduling, and control across various manufacturing processes.
• Participate in process reengineering and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, quality, and overall operational performance.
• Ensure adherence to quality management standards, identifying and addressing issues to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members and peers, promoting skill development and fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to support product planning, resolve challenges, and implement improvements that meet client needs.
