Exit Interviewer - 131 West 25th Street (Temporary).

Responsibilities :

Conduct engaging exit interviews with departing and former employees to gather candid feedback and insights.

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee data and information shared during exit interviews.

When needed, Facilitate Stay interviews and pulse checks to gather real-time feedback from employees.

Related Duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Experience in Human Resources helpful or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business

Experience in conducting exit interviews helpful

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and engagement with employees.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy of results.

Hours :

Monday-Friday 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm (remote option)

Vaccination preferred but not required.
