Advertised Salary : $51.25 per hour FLSA : Exempt Temporary / Continuing : Continuing Part-Time / Full-Time : Part-Time Union Group : N / A Term of Position : Less than 9 month At Will / Just Cause : At Will Summary of Position : Provide clinical teaching and patient care at the University Eye Center campus clinic (Big Rapids).

This is a pooled position. One or more applicants may be hired as needed to provide clinical educational on a semester-by-semester basis.

We are looking to fill these positions as soon as possible. Position Type : Faculty - Temporary & Continuing Required Education : Optometry (O.

D. Degree) or Ophthalmologist (M.D. or D.O. Degree) Required Work Experience : At least two years of recent clinical experience or one year of clinical residency.

Required Licenses and Certifications : Current Michigan optometry license with DPA and TPA certification or equivalent licensure for M.

D. or D.O. applicants. Physical Demands :

Additional Education / Experiences to be Considered : Previous experience supervising and training optometry interns. Essential Duties / Responsibilities : Will be required to assume duties in patient care and teaching in the clinic.
