Duties :
We are seeking a rockstar Program Manager to help drive the success and growth of our integrated marketing campaigns.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing and other functions, as well as manage external vendor relationships to effectively develop, execute and measure amazing customer-facing webinar campaigns.
Our team manages 150+ webinars a year.
The individual filling this role will have superior project management skills, be obsessively detail oriented, have strong verbal and written communication skills, and be able to juggle multiple tasks at once while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
What you get to do in this role :
End-to-end webinar program management : helping to identify topics aligned to campaign plans, coordination and training of speakers, managing audience acquisition process and making recommendations for optimization, complete online event execution and follow-up
Ensure feedback from stakeholders to deliver close alignment of marketing investment and initiatives
Liase with external vendors to execute promotional events and marketing programs
Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (email, social media, third party, etc.)
Track performance and analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic) and KPIs of webinar programs to help shape future marketing strategies
Work with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, ensure program success, and make suggestions for optimization
Manage and track program expenses against a defined budget; input and tracking of purchasing requisitions; vendor management
Provide leadership on requirements for marketing webcasts that are run regionally or by other teams
Continually look at ongoing innovations and best practices to elevate the webinar program
Skills :
8+ years of experience in B2B integrated marketing or campaign program management
Solid ability to develop, lead and execute webinars and virtual events
A meticulous desire to manage project timelines and deliverables accurately and on time
Experience working with global teams and external partners, with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships
Working knowledge and familiarity with event platforms such as ON24 and Zoom
Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools; ability to bring new ideas and best practices
A passion for metrics and data to influence decisions; experience using reporting / dashboard tools, preferably Tableau
Experience with Marketing Automation, preferably Marketo; hands-on experience not required
Exceptional team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with high energy and a can do personality with desire to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment
