Position Summary :

We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Intern to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our service department to ensure the flawless execution of technical repairs and evaluations.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and a positive, solutions-oriented approach when interacting with customers and coworkers.
• Thoroughly organize and process paperwork, following established protocols and procedures with meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain work area, tools, and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and followed prescribed safety procedures and regulations.
• Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

Education / Experience :

Must be enrolled in an undergraduate engineering program, preferably electrical engineering.

Job Knowledge / Requirements :

• Good oral and written communication skills, including receiving, understanding, following, and explaining oral and written instructions, technical information, procedures, and schematics.
• Computer skills : MS Office and Google applications, query tools, and database systems and applications
• Complete work both independently and as an effective member of the team, adapting to changing requirements, deadlines, and priorities as needed
• Interact with customers and co-workers in a professional and solutions-oriented manner.
• Must develop knowledge of Cadwell product lines and how they are used by clinicians, and know what questions to ask to be effective in assisting customers
• Critical success criteria include attention to detail, an organized approach to work, effective time management, and follow-through.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions :

General office positions may require some reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying up to 20 pounds, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, color vision, and 2-way written / verbal communication.

Use of computers and various hand and electronic tools.
