Having and maintaining a log on all equipment pertaining to the maintenance departmentReviewing reports from outside vendors and maintenance logs / manufacturers manuals regarding the condition and up-keep of machinery in the plantImplementing all Company Policies and Procedures to ensure safe, friendly, and legally compliant workplace for all employees.
Ensuring compliance with all safety rules and procedures within the companyReview the performance of all employees in the Maintenance Department during their probation period and annually thereafter.
