As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for generating timely and accurate customer quotes and maintaining up-to-date records in the system.
Acting as the main point of contact for customers, you will provide updates on quote status, track milestones, and manage all communications from the initial quote request through to order acknowledgment.
Daily Responsibilities :
- Acts as a liaison to provide product and services information, answer questions, perform accurate order entry and maintenance activities.
- Preparation of Customer quotes and provide updated as needed.
- Serves as the primary point of contact from the time of quote receipt to order acknowledgement. Quote is then based on to the technical team.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, from receipt of RFQ or Purchase Order, to successful order shipment and delivery.
Desired Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Able to quickly learn & utilize business software and internal programs.
- Ability to understand technical specifications.
- Proven customer support or customer service experience
- Robust organizational, problem-solving and multitasking skills.
