What We’re Looking For :
- Proven experience as an EDM Machinist or similar role
- Proficiency in operating and programming EDM machines
- Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings
- Ability to perform precision measurements and inspections
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with various EDM techniques, materials, and Mitsubishi machinery
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual attendance
Your Role :
- Set up and operate EDM machines to produce high-precision components
- Interpret technical blueprints and drawings to determine machining requirements
- Program EDM machines for optimal performance and accuracy
- Inspect finished components for adherence to specifications and quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration on EDM machines
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and machine settings
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment
Physical Demands :
- Prolonged periods of standing and operating machinery
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending or reaching
- Dexterity and precision in handling small and intricate components
