We have an immediate opportunity for a talented, mid-career, Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) Process Engineer to join our 3D Integration and Imaging Sensors group.

This is an opportunity to contribute to a team developing cutting-edge solutions for RF devices and EO imaging systems by leveraging 3D integration technologies and state of the art materials.

You will solve some of the most challenging customer requirements while working in a fast-paced highly technical environment developing and implementing leading technologies.

What You Will Do :

• Supporting fabrication operations by providing technical expertise in fabrication processes; working with a diverse team of technicians and engineers in a wafer fabrication clean room setting.
• Maintaining current processes, optimizing existing processes, and training in safe and efficient operations of the ALD process cell.
• Taking ownership and responsibility for the control, development and optimization of ALD processes and equipment.
• Sustaining processes to meet product specifications & manufacturing process flows, maintaining operating instructions for process and equipment.
• Maintaining statistical process controls for process optimization; trouble shoot and resolve process issues to support the manufacturing process and improve work cell process yields.
• Research new materials and technologies for improving production, quality, end cost and throughput.
• Working with R&D teams developing creative solutions and approaches for new designs in advanced packaging.

Qualifications You Must Have :

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a STEM related degree and a minimum of 5 years ALD related experience or an advanced degree and 3 years of ALD related experience related experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program / contract.

Qualifications We Prefer :

• ALD experience in a 200mm silicon wafer fab.
• Experience in a multi-tasking environment solving technical problems, taking project ownership, and meeting deadlines.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross functional teams to improve processes.
• Verbal / written communications experience relaying process procedures, generating technical data summaries, writing process & equipment specifications, and work instructions.
• Experience interpreting detailed work requirements and organizing complex multi-level tasks.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
