As a Technical Solutions Engineer , you'll play a pivotal role in streamlining our business processes. Your mission will be to design and implement custom integrations, automation, and technical solutions.
You'll work with tools like PipeDream and Hubspot, implement Front CRM for email ticketing, optimize Click Up for project management, and help us centralize and automate our operations.
You'll also be instrumental in onboarding our first CRM and implementing client success software. This role is for you if you're proactive, resourceful, and thrive on making a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities :
HubSpot Implementation and Mastery :
- Lead the setup, customization, and ongoing management of HubSpot for optimal intake and CRM operations.
- Deeply understand HubSpot's functionalities, ensuring its seamless integration with other platforms.
- Continuously optimize HubSpot to leverage its full potential for data management, automation, and client communication.
Custom Integrations and Webhooks :
- Develop and maintain custom integrations and webhooks using PipeDream and Retool.
- Ensure seamless data flow and integration between various software tools and platforms.
Front CRM Implementation :
- Lead the implementation of Front CRM for email ticketing.
- Customize and configure Front CRM to align with our specific needs.
ClickUp Optimization :
- Optimize ClickUp for project management through advanced automation.
- Develop and implement scripts to streamline project workflows.
Automation and Efficiency :
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across the company.
- Develop and implement automated solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Client Success Software Implementation :
- Collaborate with our team to implement client-success software solutions.
- Assist in onboarding and integrating our first CRM to complement Front CRM and ClickUp.
- Experience with customizing CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, or GoHighLevel.
Technical Support and Development :
- Set up Single Sign-On (SSO) in Google Developer for federated login.
- Provide technical support for webhooks, APIs, and other integrations.
- Develop full-stack solutions to support business needs.
Collaboration and Communication :
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications :
- Proficiency in programming languages, including JavaScript, Python, Java, Ruby, PHP, Hubspot, HTML / CSS, and TypeScript.
- Experience with integration platforms like PipeDream and Retool.
- Strong knowledge of webhooks, APIs, and automation tools.
- Experience with Front CRM or similar email ticketing systems.
- Expertise in optimizing project management tools like Click Up through automation.
- Understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) setup in Google Developer.
- Full-stack development skills with the ability to develop and maintain custom solutions.
- Experience with implementing and onboarding CRM and client success software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
