Soon to be renovated and one of hottest brands in the country, Turner KIA is hiring! We are looking to grow our sales staff to accommodate an increase in sales.
No experience required. Training pay is provided for 90 days. Up to $100k earning potential and looking for strong candidates to grow with our company.
Many of our managers have come from outside the industry. If you are motivated and ready to build a career, we would love to schedule an interview directly with our General Manager.
Responsibilities
Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new / used vehicles.
Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Qualifications
We are looking for the following qualities :
- Goal oriented person with a history of achieving success.
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work with a computer.
- Professional phone skills
- Ability to write professional e-mails.

- Bring your A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.
