As Organizational Change & Training Consultant, you will combine your knowledge of industry training and change management skills to serve as the main executor of organizational change and customized training of our software solutions.
This role requires a high level of travel.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Social Work / Human Services or related field and 1-year relevant experience, OR 3 years relevant experience
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe PDFs
- Experience with SaaS project implementations a plus
- Experience in Health and Human Services a plus
- Specialized training in Adult Learning, Business Analysis, and / or Organizational Assessment, a plus
- Must be authorized to work and currently live in the United States
- Must be willing and able to travel extensively, up to 85% of the time
What you’ll be doing
- Conduct readiness assessment to understand organizational culture, process, and readiness for change
- Collaborate with the agency to identify areas of strengths and challenges to change
- Promote and facilitate organizational engagement
- Develop Change strategies and plans and implement change initiatives including timelines and milestones
- Develop communication plan to keep agency staff informed, create clear messaging for alignment and reduce resistance to gain support for the change
- Develop and deliver customized training sessions to prepare the agency for a new way of working
- Assist agency with monitoring progress and facilitate any changes to ensure successful adoption of change
- Create and develop Standards of Practice (SOP) documentation of Change Management practices for SaaS solutions
- Collaborate with Project Manager to develop a training schedule that accommodates the customer's availability.
- Develop and regularly assess training materials, updating them as necessary based on product changes, enhancements, experiences, and recommendations from other trainers and Northwoods staff.
Facilitate customer-facing activities (both in person and remotely through video-conference platforms) throughout project implementation including change implementation sessions, training sessions, direct support, and other activities as assigned.
Maintain expert knowledge of Northwoods products in order to consult with customer on business process changes and transition planning, offer troubleshooting support, and identify workflow efficiencies that utilize the product effectively.

- Demonstrated ability in managing cross-functional projects with a high attention to detail
- Excellent presentation skills, both in-person and remotely via video and tele-conferencing platforms
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Highly organized with great time management skills and able to work on and complete multiple concurrent tasks in a timely manner
