Sourcing Manager Overview :
- Appraise and improve sourcing activities by analyzing spend, supply, partnerships, and new possibilities.
- Assess current and future market trends and prepare price forecasts for the business.
- Manage the supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure.
- Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies.
- Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships.
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Design negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals.
- Cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation techniques and strategies.
Qualifications :
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required.
Compensation :
- $62 67 / hour
