Well established Food and Beverage manufacturer seeking a strong Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) / Human Resources (HR) Manager.
EHS Duties : Develop policies for environmental impact and employee safety.Establish guidelines for documentation.Audit facilities for risks and develop corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with regulations including OSHA.HR Duties : Execute HR policies and programs including recruitment, training, employee relations, and benefits planning.
Ensure compliance with regulations including EEO, FMLA, and FLSA.Assist managers in applying HR programs.Answer employee / candidate questions about HR policies and offerings.
Requirements : Comprehensive knowledge of EHS and HR policies, procedures, and practices.Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Health and Safety preferred, or associate degree with 6+ years of related experience.
Bi-lingual English and Spanish fluency preferred.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written required.
