Ecommerce Developer

POSITION SUMMARY

As the E-Commerce Developer for 10X Health, you will be tasked with overseeing the end-to-end management of our Shopify platform.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise in Shopify development and strategic product management skills to optimize our e-commerce operations and drive conversion rates.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling digital experiences, enhance customer journeys, and achieve business objectives.

OBJECTIVES

• Develop, maintain, and optimize our Shopify platform to ensure peak performance and user experience.
• Own and execute the e-commerce product roadmap, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and customer support teams to align strategies and meet business goals.
• Implement and manage third-party apps and integrations to enhance site capabilities.
• Conduct A / B testing and leverage data analytics to inform and optimize the user journey and conversion funnel.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop digital marketing strategies that drive traffic and sales to our Shopify platform, leveraging Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other online advertising platforms.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive analysis to bring innovative insights and solutions.

COMPETENCIES

• Proficiency in Shopify development, including Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Monday, or Asana.
• Advanced knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Adobe Analytics.
• Expertise in managing third-party apps and integrations on the Shopify platform.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and online advertising platforms.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in digital experience analytics tools such as Heap, Fullstory, or Content Square.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience with the Shopify platform.
• Demonstrated success managing a Shopify brand website with at least $100,000 in monthly sales.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk or computer
• Travel up to 10% of the time
