ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
Act as a direct support to our team of Service Advisors in the following capacities :
- Be the primary contact for our inbound phone calls
- Act as a liaison to Service Advisor by obtaining client information and primary concerns
- Assist in scheduling Service appointments
- Communicate with clients on behalf of the Advisor during the service experience
- Follow-up with clients after Service is complete to ensure exceptional experience
Show capacity and interest in learning the following :
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide recommended course of action
- Arrange appropriate alternate transportation for clients
- Generate repair orders and estimates
- Thoroughly explain completed work and charges
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, ETC.
- High School graduate or GED
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and clean criminal history.
- Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environment
COMPENSATION :
Starting at $18 / hour
WORK SCHEDULE :
Tuesday-Saturday : 9 : 00am to 6 : 00pm
