Position Summary

The Facilities Operations Manager leads a team of facilities associates in the delivery of the day-to-day facility operations, services, and maintenance activities at all corporate location(s).

The position ensures all assets are operated and maintained in a cost effective non-impacted manner while providing a safe, clean, and comfortable work environment.

The Facility Manager develops budgets, controls costs, coordinates service provider and staff activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong management background with 8+ years of experience in a multiple disciplined field.
  • 3+ years’ experience of managing and directing team members, maintaining schedules and project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs.

  • Ability to work on cross functional teams to ensure operational resources and facilities are collaborating to exceed customer expectations.
  • Professional communication, organizational skills, attention to detail and strong problem resolution skills are required.
  • Responsible attitude, ability to take initiative and ownership and to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently yet functions as part of a team within a designated time frame, and in some cases within stringent timeframes.
  • Strong background and track record in building operations, Building Management Systems (BMS) building trades and or service response.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performance team.
  • Ability to manage staff and third-party service providers, develop, coach and monitor team performance to ensure favorable outcomes of the assigned team.

Education

Bachelor’s degree, trade school or equivalent experience required (HS Diploma and 4 years of relevant experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$63,300.00 - $139,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
