LNA - Rochester NH
Interim HealthCare in New Hampshire is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) to join our team in Rochester.
This individual will provide high-quality and personalized home care services to our clients, assisting them with activities of daily living and promoting their overall well-being.
This position is for 10 hours per week in a home setting.
This specific client requires a hoyer lift.
Compensation & Benefits :

Responsibilities :
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, to clients in their homes
- Help clients with mobility and transferring to and from bed, chair, or wheelchair as needed
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health to the supervising nurse or case manager
- Assist with medication reminders and record keeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients by following infection control and safety protocols
- Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for clients
- Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and improve skills and knowledge
Requirements :
- Valid LNA license in the state of New Hampshire
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or home care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Empathetic and compassionate attitude towards clients
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
