Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Well-Being Coach / Mental Health Clinician position. This position is located at our Southeast Regional Office in Boca Raton, FL.

The Well-Being Coach / Mental Health Clinician is responsible for fostering the holistic well-being of independent living residents through a balanced approach that addresses the dimensions of wellness.

This role combines health coaching with mental health support, empowering residents to lead fulfilling and healthy lifestyles in a vibrant retirement community setting.

This position provides clinical support to our residents and serves as a key member of the interdisciplinary well-being team.

The clinician will provide individual therapy services, behavioral health assessments, care planning, and behavioral intervention to the independent-living population within the designated communities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements :

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Health Coaching, or a related field

Board certification in geriatrics and expertise in serving people living with dementia is preferred

Certification as a Health Coach and / or Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent)

Eligible for National Provider Identification number AND credentialing as a behavioral health clinician by Medicare and other third-party payers

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in health coaching, counseling, or a related wellness field.

Pay Range

$64,000.00 - $78,500.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
