Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Residential HVAC Technician.
- Strong knowledge of heating and cooling systems.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid drivers' license and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities :
- Perform repairs, and maintenance of residential HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal system efficiency.
- Provide recommendations for system upgrades and improvements.
Compensation :
- Performance pay after successful completion of training
- Competitive industry pay
- No capped income!
- Income can exceed compensation range based on performance ($50K-$70K+)
