Carpenter / Drywall / Maintenance Technician Qualifications :
- 7-10 years of paid industry experience
- Drywall skills required
- Experience in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical is a big plus.
- Strong multi-skill’ background desired. Must have / own day-to-day’ tools of the trade.
Carpenter / Drywall / Maintenance Technician Responsibilities :
- Perform drywall work and other repairs in homes and commercial properties.
- Complete small to medium maintenance / repairs and mid-size home improvement projects
- Deliver a consistently pleasurable experience.
- Communicate with customers about the scope of work, and cost estimates, and manage expectations.
- Leave customers thrilled with your current work, and open doors to future work.
