We're seeking a visionary Senior Medical Director to spearhead our hospital group's growth and excellence. In this pivotal role, you'll embody our core values, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to providing top-tier care and unparalleled client experiences through leading, mentoring, and developing our doctor and clinical teams.
Your leadership will be instrumental in developing a culture to consistently deliver on our promise of exceptional service.
Salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to $250,000 with the opportunity to earn production. This position will require 50-75% of time in a clinical role within the hospitals.
As a Senior Medical Director, you'll serve as a mentor and coach, nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborating closely with regional leadership, you'll play a key role in recruiting, training, and developing our veterinary professionals.
Your strategic insights will inform annual planning, budgeting, and goal-setting, aligning our efforts with broader company objectives.
With your guidance, we'll continue to raise the bar in veterinary care and set new standards for excellence in our industry.
If you're a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with a proven track record of leadership and a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience (ideally with track record of 2+ years of formal management and leadership experience), we invite you to join us in shaping the future of veterinary medicine.
