This position is eligible for a $5, sign on bonus.
Position Summary :
Group Therapists provide patients with the opportunity to learn and grow by teaching valuable skills applicable to everyday life in a group setting.
They work with patients 1 : 1 to implement individualized treatment plans, helping each patient reach their / her / his specific goals.
They are also valuable members of a multidisciplinary team which allows the Group Therapists to collaborate on treatment decisions and to help create treatment plans.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Education : Required Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health profession and mental health field experience.
Current WA State license in a mental health profession - LMHCA, LMFTA, or Social Worker Associate. Associate licensees must provide proof of Approved Supervisor documented with WA Department of Health and be on track for full licensure.
Preferred Independent license as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT with 3 years post-Master's degree experience in a psychiatric health care setting.
