RCS Moving, LLC is seeking a Commercial Move Coordinator to join our team. This role is heavily focused on billing and customer job input.
A successful Commercial Move Coordinator should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers regarding specifics of commercial moving jobs
Oversee accounting functions and manage accounts in QuickBooks (billing and receivables)
Input of all commercial jobs into moving software (Supermove)
Oversight of monthly commercial storage billing
Oversight of off-site equipment ensuring all customers are billed, and all equipment is returned
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
Below are the qualifications expected for a Commercial Move Coordinator :
- Minimum of 2 years experience in business analysis or a related field
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual-thinking skills
- Excellent technical and communication skills
- Experience using Quickbooks
- Experience creating detailed reports
- Competency using Microsoft Office Suite
- A track record of following through on commitments
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

D1 Moving began with a commitment to meeting each customer's unique needs and one simple idea : "Moving Made Simple!" Starting off with two lone pickup trucks servicing the Charlottesville, Virginia area in 2015 and Alexandria, Virginia area in 2016, D1 Moving has grown exponentially.
Today our D1 Moving has expanded to multiple locations, including 150,000 square feet in storage warehouses and a 20-truck fleet.
RCS Moving was started in 1994 and merged with D1 Moving in 2019. RCS Moving handles multiple commercial moves daily.

Salary : $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
