Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Brand & Business Development, you will help support the department’s initiatives, campaigns, and goals forward by overseeing our CRM.

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce, working with relevant stakeholders to ultimately meet the firm's requirements.

The Salesforce Admin will own user management, import data as needed, troubleshoot issues, ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products, and provide user training as needed.

Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Manage all aspects of user and license management including new user setup / deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, sharing rules.
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) : Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
  • Sandbox environment management & production deployments using changesets.
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
  • Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders.
  • Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
  • User support tickets.
  • Monitor and improve user adoption.
  • New user and ongoing user training .
  • Technical & end user documentation.
  • Working with integrated application.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

Education and Experience :

Required :

  • A bachelor’s degree (equivalent experience will also be considered).
  • Experience with Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or other Marketing Automation tools.
  • Experience working with a consulting partner to deliver projects.
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Pardot, and Digital Experiences.
  • Experience in change management and governance.
  • Experience training end users and key stakeholders.

  • Active in the Salesforce community.

Physical Requirements :

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
