Responsibilities : - Conduct thorough examinations of animals and diagnose illnesses or injuries - Develop and implement treatment plans for animals based on their specific needs - Performing emergency surgeries i.
e splenectomy, GDV, foreign body removals, cystotomy, tumor removals etc is a plus but the candidate should be willing to learn the procedures - Having the knowledge or willing to learn endoscopic foreign body retrival - Educate pet owners on proper animal care, nutrition, and preventive measures - Collaborate with veterinary technicians and other staff members to provide comprehensive care - Maintain accurate medical records for all patients - Stay up-to-date with advancements in veterinary medicine and attend continuing education courses Skills : - Strong knowledge of pet care, veterinary medicine, and veterinary terminology - Experience in animal catheterization and dog training - Understanding of animal physiology and behavior - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with pet owners and staff members - Familiarity with Instinct as the practice management software is a plus Join our team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing exceptional care to animals.
