Role Description

You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities) :

Technical Product / Program Manager, Member Success

The Client team is looking for a TPM to lead the next phase of technology innovation crafting brand differentiating experiences.

Client has hundreds of thousands of members who reach out to us with questions and issues. This role is member centric and is laser focused on leveraging technology ensuring members have their questions answered as they continue on their financial journey.

This role will be responsible for executing on strategy by defining and driving the symmetrical technical vision, architecture and roadmap for Client’s technology platforms.

Additionally, this role is integral to building our newly formed MS-TPM division responsible for all our Member Engagement, Agent Enablement, and Workforce Engagement SolutionsWhat you’ll do :

  • Define and establish a technology roadmap achieved symmetrically through Product defined vision
  • Work closely with various stakeholders including General Managers, engineering leads, analytics, appsec, and product managers, to guide our solution from conception to launch and iterative post-launch optimization.
  • Deliver results by launching and iteratively optimizing products that improve our member experience in ways that lead to repeatable, scalable and measurable gains
  • Optimize agent quality, efficiency & performance through the analysis, implementation, and management of Agent Enablement and Workforce Engagement Solutions
  • Responsible for reviewing and approving major aspects of application / features architecture ensuring compatibility, reusability, and scalability with existing components such as : user interfaces, micro services, authentication back-end integration
  • Develop product health metrics and KPIs, which you will largely define

You’ll have (Qualification & Experience) :

Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
