What do you do all day?

The Manager of Program Marketing will develop and manage marketing messages related to NMSI programs and products.

This role reports to the Vice President, Public Affairs and is a regular full-time position that can be performed from anywhere in the contiguous United States.

Occasional travel is required for in-person meetings and conferences.

What are the details?

  • Serve as the expert on NMSI buyers including who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria.
  • Collaborate with across NMSI teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas
  • Develop a marketing plan for the product in conjunction with NMSI marketing team, including messaging key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.
  • Develop product marketing strategies including pricing, collateral, advertising and product launches
  • Develop sales enablement materials such as sales playbook, sales presentations, and product collateral
  • Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.
  • Plan launches and campaigns for net-new products and releases of existing products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  • Serve as expert on NMSI competition and the overall competitive landscape
  • Conduct competitor and market research to inform overall product development and marketing strategy
  • Act as the primary thought leader for the products this role supports externally, including speaking engagements and written works.
  • Understand and support the NMSI sales channels; train internal team members on the problems NMSI can solve for our buyers and users;

develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.

What do we offer?

The hiring salary range for this position is $77,750 to $89,413 , and the salary offer will be commensurate with experience.

We take pay equity seriously and work hard to ensure our team members are paid fairly regardless of their gender, race, or other demographic backgrounds.

In addition to a competitive salary with the potential for an annual pay increase, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package, including paying roughly 85% of employee-only medical, dental, and vision benefits plus a large portion for dependents.

Staff are eligible to participate in 401(k) after 90 days of employment, with up to a 6% employee match, fully vested on day one of participation in the plan.

Other benefits for full-time employees include referral and performance-based annual bonuses, telecommunications stipends for eligible remote employees, 20+ paid holidays annually (including a two week-long winter break), and a generous PTO policy starting at 14 days per year.
